They've only been releasing socks with transparent lace anyways, like pic related. I just can't stand how they look, they remind me of sissies.
Seems like the only good way to get cotton lace socks would be secondhand, but that's not a great choice for obvious reasons.

Unless you settled for a distinctively sweet design, or pic related with the logo, AP's basic socks aren't much different from other brands' so it really doesn't matter.
