Wore this to see my doctor today! I was in a bit of a rush so I didn't get a chance to iron anything, oops

Concrit welcome, and I would appreciate recommendations for socks and shoes that go with this coord! I think the JSK (IW's Cecil) also needs a belt when I wear it without a jacket, but I have no idea what to look for. I did wear the black waist tie from a Sheglit OP I have, but it just blended in with the dress. I think it would look better with a silver accent belt. Any ideas?
