These look like terribad closet cosplays.

If you attention sluts want to cosplay this because you're not in it for attention and find the design "cute," then at least make it look like you put some actual effort and attention towards the design you claim to love so much.

Almost every single costume posted so far is missing one major feature or got the hair completely wrong. Scratch that, the hair is completely wrong on EVERY costume.
She has a budding viral particle for hair.
You'd probably have to make like Mami or Nui cosplayers and try to form the hair over foam or wire to achieve that look; because throwing on a teased twintail doesn't cut it and it makes every single one of you look like those lazy "I DID IT FIRST!!~!" assholes.

A cheap piece like bodyline, sure.
Any dress that cost me over $100, forget about it. Too must risk for stains/damages.
