Do you know about lolita related spots or shops in Sapporo?

I'm in the boonies of Japan at the moment and am planning a day trip to Sapporo. So far my googling has lead me to the Ikeuchi Zone department store, which has both KERA shop and BtSSB in their B2f basement (classy). But this search also lead me to find some kind of lolita-tourism initiative to flock our kind to Sapporo and Otaru? For being all about tourism I had a hard time finding information about good lolita-tourist spots in english...

Any help from knowledgeable gulls would be appreciated!
