To bounce off your comment anon, I see casual lolita as a theme and not something that is actually casual. A whole coordinate with a cardigan, cutsew, full petti, skirt, matching purse, still many accessories isn't technically casual or anymore comfortable than a full coord with an OP or JSK. Anything actually casual seems so half-assed. If you're wearing ratty sneakers or no petti and not taking time on your hair and makeup just don't bother with the coordinate. Lolita shouldn't be easy to wear. It's a challenge and thats part of its appeal.
