I want to do pauldrons similar to pic related where there's a shape with a bunch of curves. I'm using 6mm foam and it's hard to cut out foam pieces small enough to maintain the curves and details that I want unless I basically dice the foam up into super small puzzle pieces and then piece it back together, but that is way more trouble than it's worth. Any recommendations on making these shapes without killing myself?
