I'm a shy person with fairly effeminate features, but I'm also a loner.
I'd also call myself cutesy and flirty when I feel comfortable.
I just started an outfit and want to start going to cons by myself to try and put myself out there and gain more confidence.

Where do you even start to meet people at cons, especially when being shy is what is desired in the male?
Should I just awkwardly join social events at the con and sit on the sidelines alone, waiting for some predatory girl to prey on me?
