How do I make a seller hurry up?

I ordered a fairly elaborate prop in late August through a shopping service from a four-heart seller. In September, the seller said it would be ready by the end of September. In October, the seller said it would be ready by the middle of October. Now the seller says it will be ready by the end of November.
