/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I'm in the process of making a Kuronue cosplay (he's a character from the 2nd Yu Yu Hakusho movie). Does anyone know of any good tutorials for the hat and wings that could be helpful for this costume? I'm kinda stuck on that since most wing tutorials I've found so far do not cover the whole harness thing and the ones that do cover it aren't very helpful.
