/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

So, I have very hairy legs (thanks dad) and I can't find a good way of getting rid of it. My hair grows extremely quickly and if I shave a night before I wake up with dark dots all over from the roots growing up. I tried epilating and waxing but I get tons of ingrown hairs and red bumps all over than don't heal well and some of them scar, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or I just got shitty skin too. Considered laser but I can't afford it right now.
What do I do? any hairy fellows got any tips? I just want to wear skirts comfortably ;_;
