Slightly OT, but are any American seagulls concerned about the effect the election might have on buying from Taobao and similar Chinese sellers?

I know there are worse things to be worried about but with all the tough talk Drumpf's been making about Taiwan/China and the impending possible trade war I'm kinda wondering if I should just order everything I might want off Taobao, Bodyline, and Fanplusfriend now in case of tariffs/embargoes/whatever nonsense in the future.

I'm going to a meet soon, and it just so happens that I had a firey falling out with someone who's going. I'm still pretty upset about how they handled everything, so I don't know what it's going to be like in person. I wish I could straight up ignore them, but a lot of our mutual friends will be there and I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable. And my anxiety is through the roof because I still haven't figured out to wear yet! Fuck my life...
