How much deviation from the character is acceptable?
I plan on cosplaying as Onoda Sakamichi, but I'm 2cm too short and 4 kg too heavy and my feet are huge.
The main issue with the weight is that my quads and glutes are a bit to massive for the character I want to cosplay.

Also I can't afford to buy a new bike for that, would wrapping my Fuji in yellow+black vinyl and adding some decals be enough?
