I recently found what appears to be a second hand lolita store on taobao and was wondering if anyone has personally bought from them or can verify that they are legit and not selling replicas? The price for a Mademoiselle de Paris special set sounds about right but for all I know it could be overpriced garbage.

Ok, so these are probably 'pet peeves of a brandwhore', but still

People recommending Taobao as a 'cheap' option, even though it's just as expensive as second-hand brand (in my country, shipping and custom fees fuck us over real hard with packages from China, but not Japan).

Rallying against replicas, because "The designers!!" when the real reason is just the status they don't wanna lose. But then turn around and gladly buy replica shoes or bags.

AP being the new meme for "lol wtf what did they put out again, wacky quality lol!!" when most other brands barely release anything and when they do it's the same shit they always do. And I don't mean rehashing prints like AP does with Misty Sky and Chronos Utopia, but legit indistinguishable re-releases.

Linking someone a WTB item and then seeing the item unsold, because the person is 2dumb2shoppingservice. Bonus rage if they are still bumping their post.

And last but not least: People complaining about western lolita scalping, when so many things are still selling and so so many others still don't even know how to use fril or mercari and they. Be glad about your bargains and be happy to be able to sell it again on lacemarket.
