Thank you for all the input guys. Here's an update. I talked to him briefly today. He said he's trying to become a better person and came to reflect on how shitty he was to me toward the end of our relationship and afterward. He seems sincere enough for now, so I'll take the olive branch. But as was said, I won't forget the past, if he shows any signs of being toxic or trying to hook up with me again, he's gone from my life.

Also, I played a card game with him and some other people in the student lounge. I kicked his ass at it. It was extremely cathartic, I think I got to vent some of that pent up anger toward him.
