Not necessarily, 2006 had plenty of beautiful and iconic designs. The release year matters to some extent, but imo what matters more is the design and materials.

Seagulls, I have a really weird problem where I can't stop buying things with the same theme. I literally have 5 red riding hood dresses from baby (2 my red riding hood, 2 applique red riding hood and 1 red riding hood coat op) each with matching items which pretty much makes up half my closet. I feel like the rest of my closet is suffering, because every time I set money aside for a specific thing I need to complete a set, I see a red riding hood item and buy that instead. This is getting so ridiculous.
