I have a whole folder of these and was working on getting an informational tumblr up, but that's been on hold for years now as I'm a busy/lazy shit
she made some awkward promises about getting to everyone to get me off her back (I called her out publicly under one of those facebook posts), but I never got any proof of her solving the rest of the issues around

see I wouldn't even care about the pricing or the quality issues, but what really irks me is that she will only ever get anything done if one of her friends points her attention to the matter - which is just an absolutely trashy way of running a business. Beth - the OP of the thread other anon posted - only got her issues resolved after some friend pointed Nina to that thread and she launched her whole 'oh gosh the CS rep is so sick!' spiel that she runs through every time someone calls her out. I'm pretty sure her rep was "sick" for like eight out of twelve months that year
