Could someone give me some recommendations for gel facial moisturizer? I've been using Clean & Clear but it hasn't been working too well for me recently.

I developed cystic acne in my early 20's, and ever since any creamy lotion (not sure the proper term, but anything other than gel it seems) causes me to break out. My skin was doing really good for two weeks with no breakouts, but my skin got really dry due to the sudden heat and I put on some non-gel lotion and today I woke up with a fresh breakout.
