Trying to put together a cosplay of The Collector for a horror group, but hell, I have no idea what I'm gonna do on this mask.

I'm probably gonna make the emphasized structures (nose, eye cavity) out of foam and cover with fabric. Does anyone have any suggestions for the type? The scratchy, messy texture looks familiar but I can't put my finger on it.

General construction tips for a mask like this welcome too, I really don't want to look like shit when it's the character's most defining feature.
