So the main event people have the option to stay while the dedicated fans outside have to wait for the room to clear. Since the autograph tickets are for the first 90, the other panel gets them indirectly.

90% of the parties that I finally got in were quickly shut down. I wanted to make friends this con but came back alone. Bought a daki to keep me company though.
