>gave myself the most boring, common vanilla female name, no tricky shit like Evangeline or Wilhelmina or whatever, literally zero to complain about
>parents accuse me of "trying to change who I am" and "being ashamed of where I came from"
despite said new name occurring in every country in the world pretty much, including mine
