Hey anon, that's a beautiful jsk and I think the colour really suits you. I do feel however that a long sleeved blouse would look a lot more flattering overall. Ditch the wrist cuffs, I don't think they are necessary and also are not strictly old school.

I would recommend a more substantial headdress ideally, the one here looks a little thin and lacking. A ringlet wig (or styling your hair with ringlets as other anons have suggested) would also be a good choice.

Old school tends to favour clean and simple looks so you don't want to add too many embellishments etc, the necklace I don't think is necessary for instance. I would probably pair it with items similar to pic related.

The make-up is also a bit harsh for sweet lolita, especially for old school. Think soft, simple and quite natural with no obvious dark eye-liner and no dark eye-liner at all on the lower lid.
