Only way to guarentee fit and color is to buy one in person (hard to find) or make it yourself with dancer spandex

As for the rest you have to be really good at hand-painting if it's going to look right. But it's hard to make things that blurred and soft. Airbush is also preferred because it's not bulky and you don't want any paint stiffness or streaks on what is supposed to resemble skin.
