So I went ahead and ordered these, just arrived today.

Can't test their absorbance yet, but the fit is really nice. They're soft, and low waist, what I'd hoped for. Took a gamble because they're 'one size'. I wear xs-s normally for panties, and they fit just right. The pad seems to be placed a bit far to the back though, good for sleeping, not so much for during the day. We'll see when my period hits.
