I've never used the pchat before but it does look like a fun thing to try! I think an advantage with google hang out is you can work on your own art program (sai, ps, manga studio/clip studio). Which means you could also work on varies projects? If you want to talk more in depth about it privately feel free to shoot an email to me at my above address. In no way do I want to take over your idea or anything, I'd just love to let you know some of my ideas or give you what knowledge I have from being in a previous /ic/ draw group.

I honestly think go for the keyboard anon.
>Will be able to help you practice, especially with volume control.
>Wont become outdated as fast as clothes or costumes, you'll be able to use it for many moons to come
>You will get much more use out of it, day to day use instead of once in awhile for cosplay
