Somewhat new cosplayer here. I've done a movie accurate Tusken Raider as my first costume and I'm now designing a costume of Man-Thing from Marvel Comics.

I've been looking at others for inspiration and I like whatever material the skin of pic related is made out of, but I have no idea what it is and the cosplayer is inactive.

Any ideas on what the material is?
