So, I've been exfoliating my face for fucking ever with home made scrubs made of coffee grounds+honey, and I've learnt not so long ago that it was potentially bad for your skin, as it may cause micro cuts that deteriorate your skin appearance

I don't know what's the truth, since I found contradictory answers. Some say you should exfoliate your face with a chemical scrub, while others just say to not exfoliate your face at all.

So what's the truth..? I'm sperging super hard bc I do have tiny cuts on my cheeks and forehead, but always thought it was bc of acne scaring and whatnot
