Okay maybe someone here can help me, I'm stuck in a loop of emails with Pruany.

Let me try to explain quickly: I did an order, had it shipped, realized the day it was shipped that I mistyped my address, emailed them, and they pulled it to fix the address.

But since then, I've been stuck in this loop of misunderstanding with them and I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. When I asked for instructions, this was what they said:

"1. Please indicate you need to send the right address,in here

2.Check your paypal payment, we will refund the wrong payment.And join arrears, in your order when you receive a refund, please login website to charge your order, make up for the balance. "

I sent them my correct address via email, but now this is my order screen. I can't do anything to it.

I'm so frustrated, I need this stupid order (which is a $5 apron and nothing else) by Sakuracon. I asked if I could upgrade to DHL, but I'm starting to freak out.

Help...?
