Just don't come or take it away from the con area. Shut in weebs pretending to be dudebros on top of actual dudebros already make a mess of the place by passing out in halls, vomiting everywhere and being obnoxious.

There are parties, but Rosemont isn't Vegas. You will get a noise complaint and kicked out. Also, there will be children. I mean, actual 5-8 year olds mixed with 12-16 year olds. Kids will usually be in bed at later hours but you are in an area close to an international airport. Families are traveling, and there are businessmen/pilots frequenting the area.

Acen is not a party con like Colossal. And even there, there are police on site to keep everything orderly in the main area and loud noise in rooms is expected because it's a water park.

I like fun as long as it doesn't damage property and cause future restrictions for public space.
