The “How to Draw (Badly) With Karkat and John” was genuinely fun, even for someone who doesn’t know a lick about HS like myself (tho the panel itself wasn’t about HS) I had to leave early since my hips couldn’t handle any more sitting, but everyone was laughing the whole time, regardless of their age. It was a really good panel to end my con weekend with. I hope they have a panel again next year.

Dude, same. I’ve come in contact with so many weeaboos who completely lack self awareness and knowledge of social etiquette. In some cases, they were terrifying because they were totally unaware of the damage they caused (and the degree of damage) each time they opened their mouths. They don’t follow social norms or logical trains of thought. They make themselves socially and mentally disabled simply because they choose to drown themselves in 2D and never talk to other people except at conventions.

One of these weeaboos decided to very loudly rant how Chinese and Korean people should go back to Asia and leave the pure Japanese behind so that he could easily find his pure maido waifu (all bc he couldn’t tell the difference between the Asian ethnicities and would ask them point-blank what “flavor of Asian” they were which would obviously make for a bad first impression but he thought he was being smooth). This took place in the middle of a busy Asian supermarket. Disgusted glares and mild shock on the surrounding (Asian) people’s faces. And he wondered why I refused to give him my number.

I hope I never come in contact with a turboweeb whose legacy is worth telling in a CGL horror thread.
