Sorry that it's not cosplay related but it's related to my paddling costume and this seems like the closest there is to a tailoring board and I don't know who else would know about this type of stuff.
Might go to an irl tailor shop and ask about it, if nobody on the interweb can help. Here's another pic of a similar "buckle" (is that the right word for it?) that would also work perfectly.
Also, does anyone know where to buy single small plastic parts online without having to buy a whole 10-20 pieces pack and pay 10-50€ for it? I tried a local crafts store but they only had regular buckles and those clamp/carabiner-y thing and those double loops for adjusting the length.
