I have never bought anything from Taobao, neither ever cosplayed, but one particular set of cosplays caught my eye, which I would really love to get.

Only some of these cosplays are present in the store, all at the 9999/999 price, and can't be bought yet.

The offer seems to be pre-order. Do I need to get pre-order to be eligible for the cosplay? How about the ones that are not available?
How can I know if the store offers custom sizes? If it's possible, how can I ask about that?
And most importantly, how can I get them all? There seems to be a sale on 11/11, so it would be perfect if I were able to get them then.
