Thats really sad. Lolita and anime were probably her only escape from that hell. And that dress was probably the nicest thing she owned at that point. Probably went through a lot of shit to get it, and more shit from family and peers once she got it. When I see houses like that the parents are definitely neglectful the the children, and most likely abusive in some way.

I hope shes living somewhere less awful, and is doing okay.
