I'm making a small hat in the shape of a truncated cone. It won't be manhandled a lot or worn outside, but I'm wondering if a cardstock form is enough for it to keep its shape, or if I should give it some extra interfacing/structural support. I'll be covering it with a sort of heavyweight fabric.
