I'm working on Asuka's school uniform and I just can't decide on which color to use. The older anime has the navy color but a lot of the figures I've seen use a more aqua blue. I read through the archives and some anons said it depends on the individual's skin tone and I think a more aqua blue would look best with mine.

What color would you all recommend for my skin tone (pic related) or for better accuracy?
