Fat people's bodies are always constantly strained, their cardiovascular system has to supply blood to what's essentially the size of one person plus at least a half of another one. But even if you're the size of two people, you only get one heart and one immune system. That's not to mention the excess visceral fat around organs like the heart and liver which make it even more difficult for the body's natural systems to function.

Age plays a factor, sure, but fat people are so chronically unhealthy that their immunity is compromised no matter what, but our nation is so disgusting that we'd rather tell people to get vaccines that don't prevent you from getting or spreading covid than just telling people to put down the fork. It'd almost be funny if it weren't so stupid
