Look closer. There's no bust darts or shaping, and the sides of the "dress" slope too steeply.

This is just some clueless newbie who decided that instead of sewing a dress they'd be special and sew up a square, boxy salopette, except they sewed it way too big, too square, too boxy, and for some retarded reason they decided it was a good idea to also put a chest pocket on the front, making them look ageplayish, and lengthen the skirt, which throws off the balance of a salopette look.

It's just really bad homemade. Not even sure what she looks like underneath that, but the chest pocket is even sewn on crooked. Sigh.
