That's not a thing. Decora is inherently an over the top style, there's no "toned down" or "basic" decora, and there's a difference between OTT lolita and decololi - The former is over the top in terms of accessorizing and overall look but is still coordinated and follows a specific theme or aesthetic, while the latter is, well, a pretty obvious combination of decora and lolita; pic related.
Please don't spread misinformation.

Wasn't this from that deco-loli period where Decora and Lolita merged into each other? Before everything became OTT I can remember this being around for a while.
