I have some questions related to the thread.
Do you prefer the term B-lolita over brolita? would you prefer no distinction between male lolita and female lolita?
I find the term brolita rather new, do you know why the term changed from B-Lolita to Brolita?

I've known about lolita for a long time, I'm not actually sure when I first discovered it because it's been so many years.

>What kind of research have you already done?
I've been reading the lolita guidebook and browsing /cgl/. I've put off doing substantial research because up until recently I had made up my mind about not 'letting' myself get into lolita, which I'm trying to get over now.
>What aspect of lolita are you most confused or worried about?
Being judged by others, plain and simple. I do not want to appear as a fetishist or have people think that my dressing up is in any way sexually motivated. I'm also afraid that I won't be creative enough to pull off a successful coord, or that I won't be able to compensate for my male body and I'll look foolish. I also don't want to be an annoyance/source of discomfort to girls for 'intruding', I don't want my enjoyment to come at the expense of anyone.

I'm 185.5 cm height. I'll have to measure my bust/waist when I get home tonight since I don't know off the top of my head
>What is your general hygeine/beauty routine like?
Fairly thorough for a male I guess. I have to be gentle with my curly hair and my skin is sensitive, so I tend to spend a lot of time grooming.

Plainly. Collared shirts and pants

I'm not sure. I don't know which style I'm most suited to

Well so far I'm hoping to spend whatever it takes for at least one coord. I make decent income so I should be able to afford whatever I need.

I love how ornate and intricate the design is on her dress. She's pretty and seems like she's having fun. Going out, being pretty and having fun is basically the draw of lolita to me
