First night we had someone decide to not come up with the group from home, and they almost flaked on us around 6. We ended up trying to find her for a whole hour after 10:30 because cities are confusing to some people :l

Day two was either my gf or my brother getting real hissy just over where we were going. Only got through one lane of the artist ally before 'I cant hold all theze crowds', which resulted in directionless wandering for a two hours while the group gets hungrier and ever so whiney.

All the while we have one other person who doesn't even watch anime (which really isn't a big deal) and they keep bringing the mood down with thier 'everything is meh' attitude.
