The dress, blouse, headdress, and socks are all fine! The bag is okay too, it's not personally to my tastes but you could make it work.

Absolutely ditch the boots though. I saw someone wearing something similar a while back in person and they were really awful. If you want to go for boots, change them for something more like pic related. Sorry I forgot to put socks in my version but the OTKs you chose are fine. Personally I went for a more traditional headbow as kuro coords always bring to mind more oldschoolish times for me. Got lazy with the jewellery, sorry, but it was just to give an idea of a style you could go for.
