Sorry to hear you're going through so much trouble. But if it makes you feel any better I got the dress in the same cut as you and I'm taking it in to get panels added to it because my fat ass can't fit into it either. I'm hearing a lot of bad things about the fit so far, apparently even girls who are within the bust measurements are having issues with it.
Uni will get better too. I had a particularly bad year myself (my first worst year in fact), and the job market is depressing too so I have moments where I ask myself what the fucking point is in all of it. You'll make it, it's just a matter of tolerating a lot of bullshit.
