So I've been wanting to do some OTT uchuu kei for a halloween costume, trying to look as much of an adorable alien so far.

No Idea where to start though

>definitely painting skin but I worry the paint will get all over- no idea what color I'll paint it though
>want a crazy hairstyle/wig but my face looks like shit with bangs-sideswept are the only bangs that look remotely good on me and even then barely even- no idea what color
>Maybe one of the dresses in pic related, but If I wear the clear one I'd have no clue what to wear underneath, and there is some concern of getting bodypaint all over everything again
>definitely want to wear some light up stuff, have some futuristic glasses

I'm terrible at coording things but I have a very base idea of what I want
