How do I find out if my hair is sun damaged?
Was out this week for a couple hours every day or so without a cap and I'm not sure if my hair is frizzing up because it's damaged or if it was just the wind messing it up. Don't mind getting a haircut if it is but sure would be annoying since I got one a couple weeks ago.
Am in Holland so think about 23~ degrees on the hottest. Also I'm a guy if that matters
