I see them on the streets relatively often. I guess they just don't post much on the internet, for the same reason you don't see many chubby Japanese lolitas posting: Japanese people on the internet are usually mad harsh towards bigger girls.

It's ironic, because mori is a very welcoming style for a larger shape. Everything is loose, flowy A-lines, and if you want to cover your body up there are endless combinations of jackets and collars and ponchos and scarves you can play with.
