depending on the thickness of your leg hair, nude tights can work, but you might need to wear 2 pairs. And after a quick google for "arm tights" I found this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EDSXFZM/ref=twister_B009VJE1UG the nude colour might work. Its fine on your arms, it just wrinkles like a bitch on your face, which you shouldn't be wearing it there anyway. Most people wear pax for long periods of time even tho it's not breathable, again it looks fine on the arms.

But if you don't want to dick with it just make some arm socks/gloves pic related

Sorry I don't have any help to give you, but it's pretty much what this anon said. There are plenty of resources online to help you start sewing, ranging from videos on Youtube to tutorials in general. In this case, Google can be your best friend.
Otherwise, personal experience is the best way to get yourself used to sewing with a new machine. Play around with it, and you'll eventually get the hang of it.

I don't have much on me, but I'll dump what I have, in case anyone else is looking for something.
