Scream at her if you want! Your "friend" can fuck off, and you have every right to tell her so. Someone who bags on you for being different and makes snotty comments like that (is she placing conditions on your friendship, like you have to fucking follow a dress code to be seen with her? fuck that noise) is not worth calling a friend.

This really makes me mad, even moreso as someone whose wardrobe is approximately 40% mori and 40% Adidas and PUMA. Having your own style is a great thing; you may think someone's fashion choices are dumb but it's none of your fucking business! I have some friends who wear Ed Hardy head to toe or flip-flops to semiformal events and I think they look silly, but I keep my opinions to myself unless they're asked for or otherwise warranted - and even then, there's a BIG difference between "please don't wear Crocs to our spring fling dance" and "wearing Crocs means you are a loser".
