im a government employee and the inner politics of my job make it nearly impossible to do what I’m supposed to do, and everyone is over worked and underpaid.

I think I’m going to go back to school to pursue a fashion degree. I love to sew my own clothing as it is, so I’d like to pick up more formal sewing classes to improve my technique. Maybe start selling some clothes on consignment.

I won’t be able to buy anything else for a long while if I do this, but I have a large mostly brand wardrobe anyways. My job has me so discouraged I no longer feel joy even though it use to be a dream job of mine. I want to find satisfaction in my occupation. Even if it means living meagerly. I don’t know if I’ll sell Lolita or jfash stuff. I just want to be happy and die satisfied with my life, not thinking about how I wasted it in a job that feasts on my joy until there was nothing left.

Should I just go for it? Any advice?
