When i was depressed for years i let myself go badly out of shape, and now i regret it as i realized extra munchies and being lazy wont make me feel any better in the long run and ive already lost almost 20lbs (50bls is my goal to lose)
Fashion and cosplay are my biggest motivators now, but i also want to be healthier and feel better about myself overall now that i'm not as depressed and life seems good
If i was taller my weight would be ok but i'm a midget so
