I'm in Japan, last time I was here (3 years ago) I purchased 2 of pic related eyeliner. They were perfect, so I thought I'd buy more this time, but I've been here for a week now and no one carries it anymore. I got the Love Liner but was not impressed. The lines are not true black and the color is inconsistent. Plus, I really loved that the PMEL one had a thicker side and a thinner one, depends on how you hold it. Anyone knows any similar liner? Any recommendations for something similar?
