To be honest I'm a lone lolita and every single time I've worn it out I've been harassed verbally and nearly physically, so I've stopped wearing it out to the city alone.
I feel like I can only wear it to cons since it's one of the few places I'd be harassed. If I could go out with other lolitas it'd be great and I'd consider wearing it out (sadly no one seems to live near enough for us to justify an outing, feels bad man).

But to stay relevant to the thread topic- it's 2014, Why are people still wearing JSK's without blouses.
